Jeffrey Fleischman is a seasoned business leader with more than 35 years of experience across the technology, financial services, banking, and insurance sectors. Most recently, he served as Chief Marketing Officer of Altimetrik, where over six years he built and scaled the global marketing function into a growth engine that propelled the company to be recognized as a digital-business leader. Under his guidance, the company gained wide recognition from top industry analysts and fueled significant market expansion. As part of the founder-led leadership team, he helped architect the growth strategy and brand narrative that culminated in a successful private-equity exit.

Earlier in his career, Jeff held executive and senior leadership roles at Penn Mutual, Citi, American Express, TIAA-CREF, and Chase.

He is recognized for crafting customer-centric growth strategies that integrate data and technology to deliver secure, compliant, and exceptional user experiences, a capability vital in today’s AI security landscape.

An author, advisor, investor, and speaker, Jeff brings a distinctive mix of corporate discipline and entrepreneurial drive to AI security.

He holds a B.S. in Finance from Syracuse University and an MBA in Finance, Investments, and Banking from Hofstra University, and has served on multiple corporate and nonprofit boards.

Shubho holds 16+ U.S. patents in data analytics, cloud security, and threat intelligence, and has been recognized by IDG as a CIO100 Innovation Leader.

Previously, Shubho served as Chief Product Officer and a founding member at Calibo Inc., where he conceptualized and led the launch of an industry-first Data Fabric platform. He held senior leadership roles at CDK Global Inc., Microsoft, and Symantec, and also co-founded Ganos, where he delivered a next-generation data analytics platform. Throughout his career, he has conceptualized and launched several globally adopted SaaS platforms, including Symantec’s first Cloud Security platform, Microsoft’s Windows 8 Digital Marker, and CDK’s Fortellis Data Exchange Marketplace.

He mentors startups through programs at IIT Bombay and IIT Kanpur and is a recipient of multiple leadership honors, including the CEO’s Award and High Potential Leader distinction. He is also a frequent industry speaker and a recognized thought leader in cybersecurity, data, and AI. He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from the National Institute of Technology (NIT), Nagpur.
